ABOUT REIKI

The Reiki system of energy healing originated in Japan from the efforts of Dr. Mikao Usui to uncover the truth behind the tales of miraculous healings in the Christian and Buddhists traditions by the laying-on of hands. It is the channeling of Universal Energy for the purpose of healing. Anyone can learn to use it and everyone can benefit from it.

Choosing to study Reiki at ROSEBERRY involves a fairly large commitment from people.  Here, we teach Reiki at all levels primarily as a tool towards self-development and personal growth and healing, as well as a tool to heal others. As you work towards helping others in their journey, you must also be willing and able to help yourself along your own path of wisdom. Therefore, it takes time. The initial training should ideally take several weeks of intensive study followed by many weeks of mentorship, allowing you to work together with the ROSEBERRY teachers to fine tune and maximize your inner potential. The reason for doing this when many other centers do not, is our genuine belief in the qualities and skills being taught and in not compromising our commitment and reputation as a Healing Center. We receive many students who have studied various levels of Reiki with other teachers but who have found that the level of teaching was not up to scratch because either the level of skill and experience in the teacher was not adequate, or the level of training and mentored practice of the skills was not sufficient. To prevent this happening with students studying at ROSEBERRY, each workshop involves a large amount of self-practice, ‘homework’ and mentored practical work alongside the study modules.

Each of the Reiki courses are flexible and will depend upon the existing skills and level of development within each individual. The course lengths listed below are for the one-on-one tutored sections of the course; depending on the level of Reiki you are studying, there will also be several hours of self-healing ‘homework’ and mentored practice. The prices listed are inclusive of all training, mentorship and manuals.

REIKI REFRESHER
This is a renewal course for those who have previously studied Reiki. It is ideal for those who feel they are not getting as much from their practice as they feel they could or for those who want to fine-tune their skills and gain new insights. It is also good for those who have not practiced for a while and need some help regaining their confidence and ability or for those who have questions that need answers and who want to share their experiences and deepen their understanding.

REIKI I
Reiki I is the great foundation for all healing work and is used and taught at ROSEBERRY as a starting place to go on to other healing modalities. The focus is on self-healing and healing the physical body and gives us the skills and insights to confidently take responsibility for our own healing.

REIKI II
The focus of Reiki II at ROSEBERRY is on emotional and mental healing. It is a platform for advanced healing through Reiki and other modalities, giving great depth and understanding of emotional healing on the self and on others.

REIKI III
Reiki III at ROSEBERRY is split into two parts:

Part 1 Follows on from Reiki II to encompass the spiritual aspects of healing. As with all ROSEBERRY training programs, it is designed specifically for each individual, being adapted to accommodate and elevate their unique spiritual being.

Part 2 Involves the teaching of Reiki to others and how to build Reiki classes, elevating the Reiki practitioner to Reiki teacher. It consists of three separate levels;
a) teaching Reiki I
b) teaching Reiki II
c) teaching Reiki III
