Through daily meditation we can gain greater insight into the nature of our mind and being which in turn creates greater clarity and peace both within us and around us.
BEGINNERS COURSE
Our Beginners Meditation & Mind Training course is for anyone who is new to meditation. You may have tried it before or just heard about it and you want to start to incorporate it into your everyday life. The beginners course is a relaxed and easy introduction to meditation and will teach you simple methods for daily practice.

ADVANCED COURSE
The Advanced Meditation & Mind Training course is for anyone who is regularly practicing meditation. It is for those who have questions about their current practice and for those who want to develop new techniques and ideas to incorporate into their practice
