These essential oils (Essence of YOU) come in a 10 ml bottle.

The Soul Oil Ritual:

1.	Place 3 drops in to your left palm by using your right hand. Rub the inner palms together in a circular motion.
2.	Lift the hands into a prayer position by opening and inhaling from the palms, then lifting your hands up to the third eye and extending out around your auric field . . . repeat 3 times.
3.	Gently rub on to wrists and then fingers pulling on the ears allowing the oil to rest on the earlobes.
4.	Reach down and rub oil on tops of your feet.
5.	Do up to 3 times a day.

Guidance on how to use these products:

During the first week use the soul oils products as much as possible to integrate them . . . after that, intuitively trust yourself when to use them again.
